Provenance

Raised in the hinterland below Cooroy Mountain and above Laguna Bay, our cattle grow in a coastal-influenced climate that supports pasture diversity and steady, low-stress development.

Our farming philosophy is guided by regenerative principles that build soil health, restore biodiversity and reduce stress across the herd. Our cattle roam open pastures rooted in diverse, multi-species crops that provide a natural variety in diet.

Combined with our carefully balanced free-select grain program, the result is Wagyu with depth of flavour, refined marbling and exceptional tenderness.

Every animal in our herd is individually recorded and traceable from registered pedigree to final cut, delivering complete transparency at every stage.

Our cattle are 100% Fullblood Wagyu, with bloodlines tracing directly to the original Japanese Wagyu foundation genetics. Each animal is individually recorded and independently registered with the Australian Wagyu Association, preserving the integrity that defines true Wagyu.
